    I downloaded this game after a suggestion from a friend, and I like the graphics and gameplay! Haven't discovered any bugs. However, maybe in the next update make more colors? I like the usual teal, blue, purple, orange, green, and pink but maybe add red, white, and black? Also, maybe more than three options for furniture, maybe 5? And also, make more lives cost less. These are small requests, hope that they happen! Thanks

  • Remove Terms Service after clicking I Agree button

    The Terms Service keeps appearing every time I open the app - even after I had clicked the I Agree button. It should only a ONE time acknowledgment - not every single time I open the game. While not a dealbreaker, this is incredibly annoying and would think the developers can easily fix this bug / glitch.

    This used to a favorite of mine (I’m an adult!) but it doesn’t seem to work anymore, despite having a recent update. When I open, it just stays on the Disney logo and doesn’t do anything. I’d love to play again… is it not supported anymore?

    Hi! Thus has been My favorite Gabe for years and one day about 7-8 months ago… it just “Froze” on me and I have not been able to play. I tried trouble shooting and did everything your website suggested. I even offload the app and hope it will reset with a new update, but nothing has worked. I really don’t want to delete the app and lose all my progress. Have you had this issue with other users you’ve been able to resolve? I have tried contacting your support team, but have not gotten any responses. Would love to play again one day… any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!

    I love this game so much-I’m at level 3,402 and have 616 snowflakes! The problem is, my game is now Frozen (and I don’t think by Elsa…) I can’t play levels, spend snowflakes, decorate, open the settings menu or in-game shop. I’ve tried closing the app and shutting my device, but nothing’s helped. I’m playing on an IPad, and I have plenty of storage space. I don’t want to uninstall the app and risk losing all of my progress. Please help me recover access to this amazing game!
