Difficult to use and had difficulty getting assistance. Constantly received error code when I tried seeking assistance with my account. I’m out of $70 and cannot enjoy the premium membership I paid for. Also can’t make payments from Fire tv which is a huge inconvenience. Extremely frustrated and would like a refund.

The amount of ads for this is insane.You have to watch 6 ads just for like 5 minutes of somethin!!!! so I do not recommend this app unless you’re willing to pay money for VIP. If you’re willing to pay the money, then this app would be great. otherwise it would not be very good, but if you’re willing to pay then, yeah it’s pretty good. but if you’re not then one out of 10 would not recommend it at all.because even things that do not require a VIP or still only one episode and then the rest of the VIP. I just found it ridiculous and super annoying ,because I have to watch 6 ads just to watch like five minutes.so if you’re willing to pay the VIP then that’s a great otherwise just don’t download it.I hope this review helped u!☺️☺️☺️

Paying for VIP, but recently getting ads constantly. When it’s time to renew I will most likely drop it. Viki has almost the same content, Netflix is getting some good shows and there are other cheaper sites that don’t bombard me with ads every time I click on a new episode.

I pay the top tier subscription and still have to deal with 3 ads to click through every time I pause the app?!? I use my iPad Pro in landscape when I use iQIYI. This update now, whenever I pause, has a giant advertisement take up the entire screen UPSIDE DOWN. Then I choose continue to the app. Then it still take up the entire screen, but with the top of the ad at the top of the screen (sideways), then I choose continue to the app again and there is a different advertisement at the pause button! ADS SHOULD BE UNPAID ACCOUNTS ONLY. 你们疯了！这是很不好！

I thought when I paid for the Premium VIP Annual Subscription that it would get rid of the ads as it was implied. Nope, that isn’t the case. Open up the app: Advertisement. Click past that, wow, another advertisement. Go into a show - advertisement. Pause that show, yep, advertisement. Go to Home Screen to browse and yet another advertisement. It’s ridiculous because you already have my money, why push ads that aren’t even remotely relevant on me? I emailed regarding this issue but never heard anything back. So although there is exclusive content, there is also the major drawbacks of tons of ads even after you pay.

The content is good and they have many shows to vary.But you can literally watch nothing without vip.I get that it is a marketing strategy but they can at least make it accessible for more people.like keep the adds but at least let me watch the whole show.And it kinda of makes me mad like I wanted to watch that show but I can’t pay for the VIP.
