I am trying to login after not using the app for a long time, but I only get a scientific calculator. Any idea what keys am I supposed to hit after entering my secret code? I have tried to find the instructions on how to access the photos but can’t find anything anywhere. It seems this app just became a regular calculator…

I had the app a few years ago in 2019 but it randomly stopped working and I lost all my photos I had access to. Is there any way to recover these photos now?

I had this app paid subscription for 3 years One month ago I forgot my password Therefore I change my password to a new one, when I went back to the app, I had lost all my 4 albums of pictures. I didn’t think that by changing password you would lose all my info. I call Apple they try to help me, but of course this app is not Apple. Apparently all my 4 albums are gone The only thing I got back was 14 pictures of break in, me trying to get my password to work Think about it before you throw 7.99 and loose all your info

Can you guys add a function that allows us to edit photo in the app? Like really simple marker and eraser will do

Please dont waste your time to download and check the performance. I alreadh lost my value able time on this.

The photos/videos displayed on any of the albums take up too much space - it’s all set up in rows of two. The grids of the albums should have the option for me to choose the rows of the photos/videos that I want to see, with at least six to nine.

Support link doesn’t work. No customer service. Unable to open my files. Lost them
