    I am skilled and experienced in Keto and intermittent dieting. This app is so lacking, it turned into a nag to remind me to drink water. Did nothing for me. Can’t recommend it.

    Really enjoying Simple right now! I only wish u were able to go back in and put ur fast time in if u forgot to do it earlier (or change the end time if u forgot to!) also wish u were able to go back in and log ur food after eating if u forgot, Tine doesn’t allow u to change it to anything than the exact time it currently is!!!!!????? Those are currently my only issues with the app really enjoying everything else

    I have been trying to reach someone to cancel my trial. There is no way to connect or receive a response from these people. I would like my money back. That is not the right way to do business.

    I have tried meal planning and calorie counting but done have a lot of time for eaither. Simple is making fasting easy. I don’t have to count calories and need to plan half the meals I used to!

    Do not waste your time on this app. A product is only as good as it’s customer service and this has absolutely zero. I have now tried to contact this company THREE times in two weeks and haven’t received a single response. The service was having way too many issues and I requested a refund on the day I was charged, even though I had already contacted to cancel. Nobody has responded to me, nothing! This is not how you run a business. They steal your money and run.

    Intermittent Fasting is a great idea: watch the documentary on the various types of fasting. But the only thing that will reduce with this app is your wallet. Instructions are vague (and when you ask for help from support, they never get back to you: the app is run out of Cypress, they have your cash, and that’s all they want: you’re never going to hear from them). Do yourself a favor, save money, and DO NOT subscribe to this app!

    I installed the trial version and then tried to unsubscribe it wasn’t able to do so. Then my card was charged $39 . I contacted the customer service got an automated reply and it has been more than a week and no one contacted me. I want to know if this is charged for the year and how can I unsubscribe for the following year??
  • So I actually only see the apps reminders

    I don’t participate or actually log any of my progress. But the reminders it sends keeps me on track. I’m less hungry even when my fast is over. I think I’m super hungry and will go buy a big meal that I end up eating a quarter of. This is a real life changing reality to live by. At first you start noticing the things you would’ve ate. In the end you realize you’re really not that hungry. 3 meals a day is a self construct that’s not necessary. I’ve list 30 pounds in 6 weeks. Fasting works I think because it’s retraining your body. Lots of water lots of reminders it’s not time to eat. Then when you do eat you’re like.. I’m full after a very little.
