Can you please make the characters stop moving because when I put on the accessories on the characters hair IT MOVES and I have to try to put it on her

I do not love the game for my son because she played with the dolls and she asked me to get all of the dolls but l said no and she got bad because you made a mistake -koi

I am so confused because I paid for it to have no ads. I also paid for the extra dolls and then when you go into areas like looking at the couch options, it still makes you watch an ad to use different couches. Is there an option to eliminate all of that?

I have this app on my iPad that doesn’t update any of my apps and I was hoping that if I got it on a phone it wouldn’t work it would get me more then 2 CHARACTERS but I still have 2 it’s not far it’s not like I have enough money I’m just a kid 😡😡 But it is still a good game 👍🏻
