  • Canned responses - multiple guesses

If you want a real analysis you have to pay $9.99 additional per plant to talk to an expert. What am I paying for with no actual analysis of my specific plant.
  • Excellent App

    By Raghava M
One of the best apps I have ever used. A real impact to nature by digitization. UI and controls are very comfy/intuitive. Only caveat - it is very expensive.
  • Does not work as advertised

    By MMarq56
I was hopeful this app was as good as it thought it was. Sadly not the case. Couldn’t even tell me what was wrong with my plants. Instead wanted my to pay for an experts opinion. I thought okay I’ll give it a whirl, so I paid the 10 dollars and never heard from the “expert”. I’ve canceled my subscription and would love it if I could get all my money back, subscription + alleged expert fee.
  • Waste

Don’t go for this app….they won’t give any solution to the plant health problem…I paid 9$ for consultation apart from subscription…but didn’t get any response….don’t waste money

I did a test of six relatively common plants using leaves against a white wall five were wrong

WASTE OF MONEY- app does not properly identify ANYTHING. Apparently all my different species are ALL THE SAME, some of my plants died when the app told me they were fine. I don’t understand how a Christmas cactus plant is the same as a lily and the same as lavender, I have many many different plants and this app says they’re all the same. I got the app bc some of these plants where passed down and they really meant a lot and they died. App is inaccurate and a total waste of my money. I stopped using it once I realized that the app identified all my plants as the same species. Honestly do not spend your money on this app. It’s technology is just not there.
  • Scam

    By tuffy2profit
They charge the user weekly. $8 a week when they lead you to believe it is $8 a year
  • Beware!

    By Mike271663
$6.99/WEEK auto-renewal basically amounts to a scam in my book. Joke that only the last payment is “eligible for a refund.”
  • Plant ID is not great

    By spicychaos
The app has useful information about plant care but the plant ID feature is essentially useless. The only plants it got right were poison ivy and aloe. Tried several houseplants and it was way off.
