I did not have enough time to even learn anything without spending money and you advertise a FREE learning experience lokey app is kinda garbage I recommend just finding someone to teach you in person

I love this! It is very good. And I hope I can play but.. I’m at my first song but when I swipe I have to subscribe and I don’t really want to. So I’m wondering if you could help me. Because I don’t get what’s going on?

Imma keep this nice, short, and simple I am a beginner to guitar, the only experience I’ve ever had with a guitar was 6th grade music class which if course I don’t remember anything from. This app is SUPER helpful and I’m so glad I came across it. There is only one SUPER annoying flaw. When I first started learning the A minor chord it would never register that I played the chord, even though I did(still does this to this day)”. As anyone would do, I would always check to make sure my fingers weren’t muting any strings(they almost never were). So I’d be sitting there for a good 5-7 minutes trying to break the code for the app to register that I actually did play the A minor chord. Also, not to mention, this is the ONLY chord I have this issue with, every other chord registers perfectly. Oh! and when I would be learning a new song, like in the verse or chorus breakdown part, it registers the chord when I legit NEVER played it. I’d be sitting there playing the song, mess up on the fingering for the chord/note before, and then play nothing to try and catch up and it would go through. I also had this issue with the G chord but it has since stopped.

Yes, there are bugs and sometimes the app doesn’t get it when you’re playing the right note. But overall, this is a great app. I just hit my 10 week streak and I’ve learned a lot. Chords, riffs to some of my favorite songs, and it’s fun. at first playing guitars is very painful but once you build up those calluses and start to learn your way about the fret board, it becomes fun. The way the app set up is almost like a video game and gives you a feeling. It makes it fun! In fact, I’m learning so fast that I’m thinking about picking up the bass. I was very disappointed when I went to download the “Simply Bass” and learned that it didn’t exist. What the heck! You guys need to get on that. my rock ‘n’ roll career needs you.
