How many times do most of us get to fix an issue before we get fired, lose something major; then itās out of our hands? Maybe, scrap this app and start all over, borrow a successful apps programming, get a new programmer, actually fix the errors and not make new ones... anythingās better than what continues to happen! For almost a year now, weāve been totally dependent on using this āLogistics appā to save our client pickup counts for dozens of clients, and thereās always some kind of problem with it. It either doesnāt think youāre close enough to the pickup location, logs you out and resets your totals for any/all the previous stops, asks questions you canāt even answer, you have to get a code to change any stopās before the most recent stop then It wonāt even give codes for editing those stops sometimes! Thatās just a few I can think of off the top of my head.. Asinine is what this āappā should be called...
If this thing gets a low enough rating, I think Apple will remove it..š¤š¼šš¼

It would be so awesome if the iPhone version could show all stops summary and not just the previous ONE last stop.... please add it!! Android has this feature now

This is the worst app I ever seen in the middle of the route it log me out. I do about 20 stops on my route I have to logins in almost each route because itās logs out by it self would you please fix this.

This app has been nothing but issue from day one. Iāve genuinely tried with this app, but it only makes things harder. This is nothing more than a way for your boss to micromanage you (to see exactly where you are, make sure youāre going to stops, etc.). All this did was punish those who actually did their job correctly. Fire the ones who donāt, instead of making life difficult for everyone! Simple as that...

Not sure who designed this App, but this is not from a leading logistics company, the App is built around tracking and micromanaging drivers, does not help, speed up the process or make your job easy.
I have counted 7 different windows to click through to close one stop, all these could be combined into one or two windows for ease of use. Imagine if you have 30 stops!
The geofencing does not work, the App is telling me I am 15 miles away when I am sitting next to the clinic looking at the box. You have to call to get a code to be able to close the stop. And you have to do that for many stops and wait for the code to proceed.
If you are a business thinking of switching to this App, think twice about it and think about your drivers who have to spend a lot of time driving in all kind of weather and traffic, the last thing they need is an another hour to enter all the information into a useless App.

Lots of crashing problems. Unable to make stops in some areas when there is no service.
Voice notification is annoying and I have disable it everyday because it turns back on everytime I log back into the app... This app needs massive improvements.. I dont recommend any company to use this app at its current state.

I get kicked out constantly due to a pop up about my background refresh that locks the screen. Iām on iPhone and the refresh is enabled like it needs to be but keeps locking me out saying itās not! Frustrating. And I have to call my dispatchers for an override when the address inputted from them is wrong at a stop. Can be hard to actually get ahold of someone late at night and holds me up!
