Paid the $3 to get rid of the ads, partly to support the game and partly because who likes ads. After I paid for that, I clicked to play and was hit with an ad immediately. Reloaded the game and the same thing happened. Paid money for nothing, at least it was only $3 but still ridiculous.

No sound effect really takes away from the realism the āgameā has to offer. Other than that itās a decent carving simulation for a miracle minute. Ads definitely interrupt the experience.
