I downloaded to see if it would work with my truck and did not, i cancelled within mins same day way before the free trial ended and now it’s trying to charge me $75.76 after taxes and still shows subscribed

It’s easily confused with FordPass, which I believe is intentional. Beware there is no free trial period as they state. I was immediately charged for a year subscription, even though I contacted them immediately after downloading to cancel. Three Days later I discovered the $76 charge was pending.

Absolutely the worst application out there! They did a software update and it wiped my two cars. Have sent several emails and still no solution.

The app does thing that it was advertised to do! I’m disappointed & disputing the h charge at my bank. & don’t send a generic apology. I’ve a outlet you on every outlet. Shame on you all for scamming! If I could rate negative one stars I would!!

I was told about a free trial and that if the subscription was cancelled prior to the bill date the account would not be charged!!! All lies!! I canceled the same day of the so called free trial and two days later there trying to pull $76 from my account. I was told to let it go through and they would work on a refund…so I’m supposed to wait 7 to 10 business days for my money $76 that should have never been pulled! Plus there was no remote start, all that was offered was keyless entry and logs on maintenance! I’m having to cancel all other subscriptions, unlink all my cards due to this worthless app!
