So I went to convert 100$ worth of bitcoin to litecoin, and the app said that there was 0$ Binance fee and that I would receive 99-100$, so I went through with the conversion. I went back to the main menu and saw that I now have 95$ worth of litecoin. Where did the 5$ magically go????

You won’t be able to get any money out of this app. It is a scam. It shouldn’t be allowed on the App Store. Please do not use this app save yourself the trouble. There “customer service” will not respond to you. You have no recourse.
