Love the content but absolutely HATE the app. Stop asking me to login again every 5 mins. I already subscribed as a VIP member and there are still ads. The app is so glitchy. Please fix! There are many international fans who would pay to enjoy high quality Asian dramas the legal way.

It asks for a login half way through every show. It’s a terrible experience

Tencent dramas are high-quality, but the app is not. Two things: when you are following a drama they manipulate the schedule to get you to pay extra money. So they might release two episodes on one day, one on the next and none the following — unless you pay more. This is when you’ve already paid a lot for the year. Viki and iQiyi don’t play those extra cost games if you are a subscriber. Unlike other streaming services, it doesn’t have a fast-forward button for 10 seconds and it forgets who you are or where you left off in a series.

Videos content good but the face there are so many user interface things that need to be fixed!!! First, the video starts the second you select it when you are just trying to read more about the show. No one needs it to start right away. The description of the video doesn’t expand at all so you are left with half descriptions. The Roku app is even worse! The play video and line showing where you are in the program don’t fade away! Second you constantly have to go back to the main page to get to the episodes. Whoever developed this needs to take some lessens from Viki or Netflix or any other video app!

You have to pay to watch almost anything on this app and if not you get hit with lot of adds or can only watch part of the episode

Isn’t this a big company in China? Keep skipping to other dramas when watching the same one; also keep asking you to buy VIP even you already a membership. Plus many other bugs, please fix them.

I love the shows, especially the anime’s on the app! I love how there is good subtitles, which is AI generated, everything is so amazing! Keep up the good work!!

AirPlay and casting the video to my tv will not play at all it gets permanently stuck even though it loads fine when not doing either.

I used to love this app. I had too many streaming apps so I stopped my subscription to Tencent. I tried to get it back recently. I paid for a month and it hasn’t worked. I tried to cancel when I figured out it wasn’t working. The next day. Guess what? I have a subscription until the end of the month I can’t use. My iPad knows I have a subscription to it but the app doesn’t. No matter what I do I can’t access what I paid for. I am signed in. But it doesn’t let me access vip. So never again will I have this app. Im not really into the torture of watching adds infinitum to get the “free” 24 hours. I can’t pay repeatedly for nothing. So buyer beware.

This app does not work at all. It will not respond. It actually deserves NO stars.
