Initially set up the card for my daughter’s overseas travel. Was all straight forward and quick to set up. As on-going use, easy to manage and support her expenditures and learning around money.

Danielle from the customer support team was incredible to work with. She handled my issues and responded to my questions quickly and respectfully. She is awesome and helped me with a refund. It was all very simple and quick!

I got this app with understanding there was a free tier. Only after giving my name, email, phone, address, ssn, did I reach a screen where I had to subscribe to “premium” plan to go forward and even use the app. Or so it seems. If this is a bug and can be fixed I would happily change my review.

Ya it’s amazing

I cannot recommend the Till card enough. It is a great tool to help manage my child’s finances and it has taught them a lot about the process. We had an issue where we thought their card was compromised and was able to lock the card immediately. Customer support was quick to respond and took care of the issue in a matter of minutes. Then when we realized there was not an issue, they were quick to respond and undo the fraud process. Wonderful, timely support!

I was so in to it explaining my 7&8 year old kids about it Abt how can they start making money and how can it be a useful tool for their future and a fun experience to get to feel how is it to work for you money and even better how great it feels earning it in your own And just when the time came to add money I just couldn’t do it So I’m trying to spark the excitement in my kids eyes for this again They loose a bit of interest but they already completed their first chores Thanks The idea (project ) It’s amazing
