  • Love it but it keeps crashing

    I’ve had this game for a long time and I go through phases of playing it non stop then not playing for a while. After that span of time of not playing the game, it completely stops working. As soon as I open the app it freezes up on me and I can’t do anything other than uninstall it. The first time I had to uninstall it and I lost all of my progress. Hopefully, my progress is saved this time.

    I love this game have been playing it for a long time and finally came to the end of the story. Definitely a unique experience and am thinking of restarting it to continue playing. I really enjoyed the story line and everything in the game. I hope the developers are going to continue to create more chapters for the characters because it would be awesome to see more adventures of them or maybe even create new chapters of each character, their perspectives or own adventures. It would be unfortunate to just end the story and only be able to play the matching portion because it all ties together and is a major part of what makes this game so unique and fun. Hope to see something new soon until then I’ll be replay it from the beginning.

    This game is super fun. I am on my second play through and have never had to spend money if I didn’t want to. It is challenging but not so hard that you have to spend money to beat a level. There are plenty of daily rewards you can get that will help when needed. The only downside is there is no new content available or updates in the game. It has been a while since the events were playable as well like the frog finals. They just stopped happening.

    this is a beautifully designed fun game, but as some others have said, its super buggy. it'll crash at the worst time when im just about to beat a hard level and its extremely disheartening, enough to make me stop playing for a while. its a shame because i really enjoy this game and the story but i wish there was a solution to this.

    When playing Level 2173 you need 8 🌙s and 8 ⭐️s, but you can get the moons easy. But when it comes to the stars you need to complete the level don’t pop up for me to complete level. I don’t know if this is glitch or what, but it needs fixed.

    Game is awesome and fun a bit tricky once you get higher into the levels and the cheats are awesome! But let’s talk storyline. I was instantly taken aback by how invested I was in this games storylines! I love the characters and the choices and the MAGIC!! I need to know more about what happens after school! I want more romance between Naomi and Bailey! I want to know about Janis and Doofus! I just need a mother book! Please!!

    i love this app so much! I’ve been playing it for almost a year now, almost every night when i get in bed. the puzzles are great and satisfying and the characters are all so lovely! i love being Bailey :) i got got by a targeted ad for this but i am not mad about it at all! it’s a perfect little game with a great story and world to play it in. the powerups are all great and i love the system of watching the ads on the plant daily to get them. i always hope for an infinity life but if i run out and don’t get one it’s probably time to stop playing for the day. i easily spend at least an hour with Switchcraft every day! thank you to the devs for making the best game app i’ve ever downloaded :)

  • Crashing made it unplayable

    I've been playing a lot recently, and am over 700 levels; the app started crashing randomly in the middle of the game, and disconnecting from the internet. I decided to update it to see if that helped and it crashed again in the middle of introducing me to potions. Now it's stuck in the tutorial about fragments but since it crashed before i could drink a potion i have no fragments and it won't let me leave to get to the match three board. I'm very saddened to not be able to play.
