I love the app to make it really easy to respond promptly to new and existing customers!

I love this because I can see notifications right away without opening up the webpage. The only thing I would suggest is that the default would open up to the messages section. In that case, I would rate it five stars and great.

THEY HAVE ANOTHER APP CALLED CONVERSATIONS. ONCE YOU OPEN IT, THEY WILL SAY THEY ARE NOW CALLED BURNER AND ASK YOU TO DOWNLOAD IT. IF YOU BUY A NUMBER, IF MIGHT WORK AT FIRST BUT IT WILL STOP LATER ON. AN AD IN THE APP WILL SHOW ABOUT A PLAN WHERE THEY SELL NUMBERS THAT CAN RECEIVE CALLS AND TEXTS. THE FIRST NUMBER WOULD WORK AT FIRST BUT WHEN IT STOPS, YOU MIGHT THINK STRAIGHT AND BUY MORE. THEN YOU WILL SEE YOU WERE CHARGED FOR CONVERSATIONS MONTHLY FEE AND THE TWO SERVICES OR PLANS YOU PURCHASED IN BURNER. WHEN YOU EMAIL THEM, THEY WILL TRY TO FOOL YOU THAT THEY WANT TO REFUND BUT THEY HAVE NO CONTROL AND THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN REFUND IS APPLE. THEIR EMAIL TO ME: Hey there, Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with a refund as we do not have access into Apple's system in anyway. You will need to continue working with Apple or dispute the charge with your bank. Additionally, if you'd like to use the app, I can switch the account from the incorrect number to the correct number. Would you like us to do that?

Handy little service that’s great to keep you in communication

I have literally lost more business than I can conceive. This app has Twillo errors on every call. Your phone will miss calls and not even ring. Because I use a toll free number with them it is impossible to port to anyone. I screwed myself using this app, learn from me and don’t make the same mistake. This product is straight garbage, any reviews stating otherwise are canned and paid for.
