Supposed to be about plants but seeing more people selling junk. Ie. crystals, rocks, pottery. Losing the plant aspect of the app which it was created for. That is why they are changing the name of the app. To be more inclusive to the junk being sold.

I can’t say enough about how amazing Plantstory is! As a seller I am blown away by the care and attention that the admins put into helping us work out issues; great one-on-one customer service!! The founder even texted me personally to help fix a third party payment issue 🙏 The video quality is top notch with no lag, which is very important especially during time-sensitive selling auctions. The payment is automatically deducted immediately; no need to invoice customers or chase down non-payers. Many fun features with each new update make this site stand out against the others that I’ve used: Instagram, Facebook and Etsy. In fact I don’t have time to post on those platforms any longer! I’m too busy with live shows on Plantstory and shipping out product! This site has literally saved out business. As a customer I really enjoy shopping on Plantstory. It’s an easy platform to navigate. The plant community is so beautiful; I’ve made delightful connections and friends there. It’s very addicting and educational as well. Stay golden Plantstory!!

Absolutely love this app and have spent soo much money with the amazing different sellers on this platform. Two suggestions I would give is to give option to lower the volume on the auctions and to be able to react to chat comments with an emoji. Otherwise loving it

This app - as a concept - is amazing. It’s a really cool idea and as someone who is fixated on plants - it’s great to have a social media surrounding plants. I think this app is relatively new so I am not trying to be harsh , I really want this app to thrive. This criticism is intended to be constructive. Another thing - some of these things could just be a personal preference! But I figure I could offer it anyway. 1. I really wish the comments were loaded from first to last, instead of most recent. Especially for questions we! Some people may not alike this so an option on how to sort comments would be best. Another thing for the comments is grouping comments and their replies together. It makes it easier to keep track of the discussion! 2. When in dark mode, the ToS has a section that is really hard to read due to low contrast. I know a lot of people don’t read this, and u could just change between light & dark, but there are reasons someone may not have the light setting on. 3. I love the making posts! I think it can get tedious if you’re adding more than one picture. I’m guessing it’s imitating Instagram, which I don’t personally use. Again - I don’t have a huge issue with the method itself, just that it’s the only method there is to post. 4. Perhaps I am just dumb, but I’m having a hard time navigating the app. The explore page is quite crowded and I wish that Questions and Posts had their own sort of tab. 5. Is there an Orders tab? Maybe I have missed it, but it would be nice to have a separate spot for them, instead of going through messages. 6. Lastly - I’m experiencing a bug where every time I message someone or order something , it sends it twice! I don’t know if the seller is receiving my message twice, but I’m sending it twice despite only clicking Send once. Thank you guys for your hard work in creating this app. It’s such a great idea and I plan on continuing to use it. Maybe even get a subscription! I hope this doesn’t come off as nitpicking , these were just ideas i’ve had while using the app.

I am beyond frustrated! I went onto this website before being pushed to download the app and in the marketplace I purchased a plant from 1 of the vendors and have yet to receive anything or find my order. I know Im not imagining it because I have a plantstory charge for $17.00 on my bank statement even. Not sure what is going on but I cant even begin to find anyone or anywhere to contact anyone at plant story to find out!! 😡

The live sales and auctions are so fun! I’m a busy mom and it’s nice to set aside a bit of time for plant shopping without leaving my house. I would give 5 stars if it was easier to find my purchases. I think all my purchases should show up under my profile. Instead, I have to go look at my messages/notificstions. It’s also hard to find the plant shops I’m following. A few tweaks and this app would be phenomenal!
