i literally haven’t been able to use the app for 2 months because “it cannot be loaded on a jailbroken device” when my device is not jailbroken nor has it ever been. i’ve updated my phone twice and it still won’t work. this is the third time this has happened to me

Jyp please change it to where we don’t have to pay many people who already can’t go to concerts want to use it but there’s no point if we have to pay because some people don’t have money

I love stray kids this is so so fun to talk to them and TYSM whoever wants to get the app IT IS pay for

I like the app and it’s really nice but it’s kinda sad that you have to pay for all the messages, you can’t have one free conversation or like a 3- month free trial you have to immediately pay for it. That’s the only real downside, I love the app nonetheless

It says I am not registered with Jyp what does that mean?

i asked a simple question to the idol about english and korean and they never answered, but i wasn't able to text them until they answered so i never texted them for months. not the idols fault at all (duh) it's just not worth it because if they don't reply after three texts you can't msg anymore until they do. cancelled subscription after that

I have seen so many good reviews but for some reason I cannot buy anything! I am so confused I got permission to pay for it but it didn’t let me pay at all! i love the app but for almost a month now i can’t get into the app without it saying “ The app can't be used on the rooted/ jailbroken/debugged devices.” i don’t have a jailbroken phone, it’s a iphone 15 on the current ios 17.2.1. i don’t know what the deal is but i’ve seen others have this same issue

After I updated this software, I could not check a photo. I could only see the photos posted by Artist, but I couldn't open them and couldn't see what it looked like
