This app you have to pay nearly $50 a month to use the diagnose feature by taking a picture. Half the time it says the plant is healthy even when the leaves are yellow and half missing from being eaten by pests. On top of that if you want advice from a botanist it’s $20 per inquiry (I understand they need to make a living) but why is the subscription $50 and that’s not included? Don’t waste your money.

This app works like sandwich or not sandwich app in Silicon Valley. Doesn’t detect the diseases. Gives contradicting info about sunlight. I purchased this app, used it on my plants and already 3 of them are dead. Try some other apps and let me know if they work for you.

This app is great for people who don’t know how to keep track of watering. I love how it gives reminders as well as keeps me on track with care and gives me instructions on how to care for plants. I also love how it gives information on specific plants. Taking pictures is so easy and adding each plant to my plants is a fun way of keeping everything in order and finding everything easily. The only downfall is the app is a little expensive don’t know if I’ll be keeping my subscription $7.99 a week is a little pricey.

I like the app for identifying types of plants, but it is worthless with diagnosing disease. I can have a dying plant and it says it is healthy.

I picked this app up thinking it would help with diagnosing issues with my plants. It does not do that. The option has you take a picture of the plant and then returns the same comment for everything. Basically all it does is identify your plant and tell you how much water it needs ONLY if you open the app which is a pain because even with my notifications on, I never receive them. Out of all the apps I’d like to receive notifications from, this one was at the top of my list and it doesn’t. As for support, I’ve reached out multiple times through the app and via email and have never gotten a response. So, poor support, no real diagnosis feature, push notifications for care don’t work, I’m disappointed. I’m on an IPhone if that matters.

There is no FREE TRAIL, Even if you cancel right after the subscription!!! they charged me $7.99 and I reached out and they never got back to me,, here’s my story: I had a 7 day trial down to three, it’s was July 21 they had in parentheses July 24 they will start the charge if not canceled will be charge, I had til the July 31, it was on my receipt in my email. Aug 3 they charged me and I canceled this the same day I signed up, and never received a email for it being canceled, but my subscription said it was to end on the 31st. Yet tho I never Authorized a payment to go thru and they took it anyway. I am having apple handle it now since the failed to contact me.
