I’m so sick of this never working right. Ever since it switched to Meta, the app randomly can’t find the glasses. I put them on it says I’m connected, gives me the battery life, but the app says I’m not connected. I tap, “Need help” it tells me to go to my Bluetooth and “forget” them. I do. I tap next and it says, “you’re already connected.” I can take calls, I can listen to music, but when I try to import the gallery the app says it isn’t connected.

I have iPhone 13 and every time I enter my info the app says it’s gonna send me confirmation code but it never does. I need help moving past this or I’m getting a refund

New terrible update, they removed regular messaging from the app, your only options are WhatsApp messaging or Messenger. 😐 That’s not going to make people use those apps more, it’ll just make people not buy the glasses. Put back regular messaging.

When launch the app only appear a black screen and never start I think needs a update or something like a reboot.

The app won’t let me log on. It has all of my credentials, my Facebook and Instagram. And yet it says “somethings wrong” for the past 2 days and I still can’t get on

None of the beta features shown at CES last year have been made available to regular none YouTube personalities. Updates are slow. The app is a little janky forcing you connect to WiFi on the glasses to transfer images. The app and glasses could be so much better

Wow! That’s all I can say. I opened the box, seamlessly went through account set up. It was amazing that it linked to my existing profiles so quickly. And I started using the glasses after mins. Recommended to so many friends.

The app is so buggy, it’s like meta doesn’t even have a QA department and it shows. Returning my glasses bc now it’s just expensive sunglasses

My app works perfectly and I finally got into early access!! 3/29/24

App rarely works right. Cant even pull media off my Ray Bans anymore after a few weeks of using. Phone pairs just fine but the app will not activate it. Just more Facebook trash
