Originally I enjoyed this app. Over the last 2 or 3 updates, this app has started blocking EVERY call that is not in my contacts list. I have missed several important calls due to this and I had to delete the app. Having to apologize to attorneys, doctors, judges, and clients, that your call blocker is blocking their calls was getting rather old.

I saw that it was by TrendMicro which is at-least a recognizable name in security in addition to all the great reviews. So I gave it a shot since RoboKiller was awful and the full version of Nomorobo is pretty pricey. I was incredibly disappointed not only did it not work, but occasionally I would get notifications about other TrendMicro products. The self promotion I can accept because the app is free free…but not when the app doesn’t work. I mean…it costs nothing so it’s worth trying, but overall I was not the slightest bit impressed.

I've tried this app twice and always had some weird numbers and emails coming up on my phone that I didn't have on my contacts or recently called or texted, and emails.. And when you try to log into the account where it's supposed to send a verification code, you would never get one so I deleted it after using it for some time.

Constantly would block known contacts. Missed some invites and some work items because of this. It’s not context aware at all it seems. Deleted this app , can’t trust it to be accurate.

Yeah I really This app I mean it totally great and it give a free number but why it giving Invalid USA and why I can’t use the number for text or call I will prefer you people should add more features to text and calls

I’m not quite sure how long I’ve had this on my phone, but it had been doing a pretty good job and keeping a lot of spam away both in phone calls and in text messages. But then I found that the text filtering was blocking important messages, and it made things very difficult from there. Period. I was expecting the immediate delivery of some very important documents, and it made it seem like I wasn’t getting them. I had never thought to check this before, but low on behold there are filtered messages and junk messages done by TM check that were blocking this and other important messages that I had missed. I’ve finally been able to pull all those messages out of this junk section of my phone’s messages, messages that should never have made it there in the first place. Messages from my doctors offices, the pharmacy, even password, recovery messages from various sources had been labeled junk, even the gift of an online gift card from my grandmother, which had to be sent three times via text until I had to tell her to use my new email address which they didn’t have. This was the kicker for me to say enough is enough. As much as I appreciate the service at this app has been doing for my phone, I can’t keep it on there, knowing that it’s going to continually block important messages like that. you need to add away to be able to control that filter so that we can say what gets sent to junk and what doesn’t, because I don’t doubt that I’m not the only one that’s had to deal with this, and most likely feels the same way, and would like better control over these things. I employ you to please set up a way to manage what gets filtered so that this doesn’t happen again to anyone. You’re very lucky that I give you three stars for this app, because I like it. fix it to contain this functionality and your next review from me will be a five star.

Ok so I’m super protective over everything I do on my phone buT after I lost MIRCO SOFT ON MY PHONE ITS NOT ON MOBILES ANYMORE I WAS WORRY BUT I SAW THIS THOUGHT WAS OTHER FAKE INE BUT WOWOWOWO INF STARS THX

For some reason the app works but it doesnt stop the scammer messageing me he always get a new phone number from a +234 number and hes not in my contacts i dont dont know why the app dont filter his message out

I have not noticed any reduction in spam calls so not sure it is doing any good. I do find it annoying that it often gives me an alert so I open the app and don’t see anything. Looks like it just wants me to set up text protection and her a 2nd number — not interested in either. Then the alert goes away. Kind of annoying. Thinking about deleting the app since there doesn’t seem to be any reduction in spam calls.

I still use this, but its not as functional as it was in previous ios releases. Now in ios 17 I cant find a way to tap or hold on a callers number to report and block, i have to copy and paste. Tldr- the ios integration feels worse.
