This app tells me the same thing is wrong with every plant.

Very disappointed. I asked a question and she said sorry I’m not here to answer questions. I want my money back.

I feel like this might be a scam since I purchased a year membership and now I can’t even access the dang thing…. I tried using the “contact us” tab and it refuses to send a message. Very disappointing.

Do not even consider trying this app out unless you want to be scammed!! They offered a trial period and I didn’t think to much about that because I only needed to ID one plant. Then I never touched that app again. All of a sudden it randomly changed my account $40 without my approval. They probably have something written in fine print but that’s how they get away with these scams.

The only problem I have is a free trial keeps popping up and I can’t use the app. Otherwise I would give it 5 star. The few times I was able to capture an image and identify the plant, it was fantastic.

Says the data is not in the correct format and doesn’t tell me how to fix it.

Wasted money do not purchase this app.

The app identified a different name every time I took a picture of the same plant, is not really accurate but is still cool learning facts about the plant even though it might not be YOUR plant your learning about…. well, it might just be some plants look a lot alike so it might be more accurate with another type of flower/ plant picture than mine specifically but IDK…

I just bought an alocasia stingray plant which was labelled as such when I bought it-it has very obvious “sting-ray” looking leaves & was excited to use this app just to know its accuracy…it never got it right! I took multiple photos & ea time it identified as something different-ugh! This happened w several other plants that I knew-very disappointed as sometimes someone will give me a plant & I need to know what it’s needs are so it can thrive in the right environment. Will be cancelling my free 3-day trial

This app is very easy to use. I finally know the names to all of my plants!
