I am unable to access my account and the support response time was 2 weeks. So, I did the recommended advise from other forums and group messages and still no hope. Made a new account and they deleted my account because they said I can’t make a new one? I told to merge ny account because I couldn’t access my old one. Now this is getting annoying. Why if they don’t fix this, I am just going to cancel and delete this mess!

Locked out due to needing to use an authentication app to prove that it’s me. I’m not paying for an app to use an already broken system. Looking forward to whatever replaces DUPR. Get to it millionaires. A lot of opportunity in a DUPR replacement. Or at least some competition.

Considered as nice to haves: - dark mode - basic analytics for stats like W/L percentage, trend over time

App continually tried to get me to pay $19.99 and take my credit card. Website says it’s free. Broken. Very weak and constantly changing rating system. Lose points even when you win!

It’s not free to use the app. It’s forcing me to pay a subscription to use the app, but if you login online you’ll be fine.

Unusable app, requires an additional authentication app to log in.

I wish I could give a negative rating. This app is extraordinarily not user friendly, creates issues with reserved times that the clubs don’t receive, has no support, and Is just a general pile of human refuse.

Wanted a subscription before it would even let me see my profile or do any of the stuff you can do online for free. Signup requires consenting to text messages, giving your full birthday to the day, and has a “gender” field with only male and female options, no Other.

This rating system is terrible (more often inaccurate than accurate) and the app always seems to have some bug. They will be disrupted. Only a matter of time.

If the DUPR reset wasn’t already a stupid money grab, here comes another stupid update where I can’t check my DUPR without throwing money for the app, seriously?
