I’m extremely disappointed, I do not recommend this App! I used VidHugs in 2020, it was free & great. So I decided to used it again. When I clicked the link I was redirected to Mementos- figured it would be the same - it wasn’t. I paid the over priced subscription- to get the premium benefits. The experience? Let’s just say I sent the link to 30 people- over 40 people attempted to load videos & after several attempts they gave up. I’m showing 238 views and 10 successful loads. I had people send me their videos, to upload for them, since they were frustrated. The application fails to upload videos - over 20sec long. It’s extremely slow. After 30 minutes it times out on larger videos. There is no online help or customer service. THIS IS A MONEY GRAB! My video was a BUST and the 65th birthdays” group video fir my sister was a failure. I have one day, now and a party to plan. SMH I will request a refund.

It seems a little expensive for the pro membership but realistically, it was by far the easiest way to send invitations and have the editing done for you. Super special gift and I guarantee most people who don’t use this app, won’t end up making the video they’re looking to create.

I contributed to video to a group. When the host was done compiling, she sent a link to the video and it would not play at all. Not impressed at all.

The photos are not stored at original quality, they are clearly downloaded at a lower resolution than they were uploaded in.

I was looking for a way to collect some birthday videos for my husband’s 40th. This was so easy, it did the work for me.

I’ve made 4 videos now with this app. Really easy (even if people don’t follow directions). and they come out look king so professional.

They advertised it as if I was going to have to pay only a small fee a month, so I tried it out. After a few failed attempts they eventually charged my card a total of $83.88. I volunteered as a parent to do something on behalf of the kids for their teacher and because it’s around the holidays I didn’t want parents (including myself) to have to spend much but I had an understanding that I would just have to pay the small fee monthly. Now I am patiently waiting for a response for a refund and I will now remove app from my phone and cancel the surprise because I can not afford to pay $83.88 up front.

Trying to upload videos and just hanging. Party is tomorrow. Not happy!
