I changed my mind immediately and sent an email to customer service to cancel menbershio and I got billed the $6.99 and and additional $99.99 and you can’t reach anyone by phone. Run!!! Still out the $99.99. PayPal refunded my $6.99 and I’m still fighting to get my $100 refunded…..

I like the format they have created, but to get 5 stars, it needs to allow you to look at the past entries in the food journal. If there is a way to do that, I haven’t figured it out yet!

They will debit your bank account because the app does not provide a valid option to cancel. No phone number listed to contact them. I have sent FOUR emails asking to unsubscribe and conveniently get a reply after the 7 day “free” trial that they are experiencing high volumes and will respond soon. All while they take $99 from my bank account. Fraud.

I did the trial run and canceled before my trial run was over, but what they don’t tell you is you have to email them to do so, and they took more than 24hrs to get to read it so they charged me anyways, $100.00 because they didn’t get my email in time even though I sent it 2 days before the trial ended, and it’s so hard to take to anyone cause it’s all through Emails which is Stupid! So I had to contact my bank and get it fixed cause it was a fraudulent charge that I never gave permission for!!!

Do not trust this app I have been asking for a refund immediately after getting and paying for this service and realizing that I can not sign into the app no matter how much I tried. I reached out to customer service and was offer a 20% discount instead of my refund, they also did not hesitate to inform me that I am expected to pay for renewal rather than cancelling the subscription or explaining to me how to do it myself. I am so disappointed in the fact that this app is even allowed to take people’s money and nothing can be done about it.

I have been emailing trying to reach customer service to cancel my membership for over a week now. I was doing the free trial and I didn’t end up using the app as I thought I would and started emailing in enough time to cancel membership so I wouldn’t get charged $60. Still got charged because nobody will respond!!!! Wonderful!

I have been trying to cancel my subscription over the course of 12 days due to the simple fact that no one in the customer service department will respond to any of the requests i send on the “contact us” page. I literally only used the fasting portion of the app once and now the free trial has ended and they are constantly trying to charge me 101$! Would not recommend throwing away that much money to an app with poor customer service!

I subscribed for a free one week trail and was subsequently charged for the subscription after the trail ended. I was not personally too fond of the format and emailed to cancel my subscription and receive a refund. I have been emailing Lasta for over a week now with no response from their customer r support team. There has been no other way of getting contact with Lasta and I am beyond frustrated with their lack of customer support and response time. Very unprofessional and I am very disappointed with the service. They make it very very difficult to cancel a subscription and I have had no luck in getting any response from Lasta on my inquiry I've sent! Do not recommend!!!!

I signed up for the free week trial and tried to cancel my membership before the $99 charge. There is no clear way to cancel a membership, they won’t respond to my emails, and they haven’t refunded my money. DON’T SIGN UP FOR THIS.
