It’s so dumb that you have to pay to use this dumb app waste of my time downloading it

Paid for one year. Does not work at all and supposedly can’t request a refund??

Scam. UPDATE: I just saw that I received a response from the developer so allow me to expand. This app charges a SUBSCRIPTION FEE to use. Completely shady. What do I need to subscribe to? I just need a remote. I reiterate: Do not download this app.

After 48 hours of having this app, the only thing I can do is change the volume. I can’t change xfinity channels and I have paired the app to my device 14 times already and every time I go to turn it on again with the app I can’t because it says it can’t reach my TV. Then I have to use the original remote to turn on the TV and at that point I can only change the volume. I just sent a bunch of videos to someone that’s in the tech Support department. I will come back and change this review if things change.

Hardly any buttons and half don’t work. Can’t change input on sony tv. Can’t control multiple devices at the same time. No page down for guide on directv. Pretty bare bones. Not really usable.

I saw an app for the remote and downloaded it thinking that it would be a pain in the butt, probably wouldn’t work, and I would probably end up deleting it. Literally two clicks later it was controlling my television. Easiest app with zero integration issues. You need it ! I am always searching for the remote, my phone is ringing and I need to mute the TV. This app is everything

I installed it did everything it ask and all it did I just ask to do a trail out. I don’t want to have to do that. Not a good app at all…
