  • Degraded Functionality

    First couple of years, no major problems although the motion detection is very all-or-nothing. Then the video recordings would not play entirely without a cloud subscription, but you could download them to view. Now the download button is greyed out and I’m not getting any notifications despite settings.

    The app works fine it just constantly badgers you to upgrade your cloud storage every time you open the app and switch pages within. Buy an SD card and ignore its obtrusive cloud upgrade advertisements as well hunger for all of the unnecessary permissions and this is fine. Remember - if it is free or cheap in this day and age, YOU are the product.

    Update seems to given my cams wayyyy slower connection to WiFi. Seems I can view cams now on cell phone signal of 1 bar. Which 1 bar thing good. The WiFi slower to connect on one cam and will not connect at all on another.

    Since the recent update I haven’t been able to connect to my window camera. It just keeps spinning trying to connect until it just times out. Up until now I haven’t had this problem since I first purchased this camera

    I am having connection issues with 1 of my 2 cameras. Even though the camera it self says connect to wireless the app shows it attempting to connect. It takes several attempts at reconnecting to actually get it to show as connected on the app.

    The last update made it where It will say my WiFi isn’t connected while it’s connected. It just buffers.

    Poorly coded, keeming problems everywhere. Asks for way more permissions than it should need or anyone should be comfortable with. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

  • Shockingly annoying

    Worked for about a week then it had troubles with seeing WiFi. Could not get help from support. Tried everything and it would not come back on line. They control and block everything. They don’t list fees past the 7 day trial. Cancellation is almost impossible!
