Terrible service l have requested a cancellation and refund multiple times with the only response being a request for more information which l provided and then basically got goasted

After a couple searches the search starts giving me (503) error and another one was a (500) error. After hitting the view deals button. Maybe some future features is to setup custom notifications - say for example I’m looking for a deal between Aug 1st - Aug 14th. I want any new deal that comes up within that timeframe.

This app is a scam! Keep getting “something went wrong” message. FIX YOUR APP!!!

Paid for annual subscription with 4 additional questions to entice user to upgrade membership to higher levels and include other benefits. Once paid and logged in, only receive message “Something went wrong, please try again. (0)” App is total brick and waste of money.

I just joined, the “deals” are no better than you would get at travelzoo or elsewhere. Nothing worth paying for. The app isn’t that flexible. Like it doesn’t show you upcoming deals for places you haven’t considered before. The international stuff is limited.

I paid like 15.00 USD to sign up for this apps so I’d save money in the long term but there priceless you’ll see at first jump up after clicking on them. I found cheaper flights on Expedia. There’s still no section for hotels and stays which is crazy for this app to be so highly rated. There’s only one thing I can compliment it on as a user and it’s the UI. It’s a shell of better apps, don’t waste your time & money.
