The rewards and top up pages not working for a long period if time (see other comments) and are unable to get daily and reading rewards. Please fix as soon as possible or return money spent on books that I can’t purchase coins to finish.

The app is good but why the limited page when you wanna read a story other app don’t do that

Broken link when trying to get rewards while reading… not sure if keep buying coins to keep resding

When began using app, it was a 5 rating for me. Now knocked it down to a 4. Whenever go to the awards page or issues page, I get a 404 error message. I read it daily and would like to be able to get my extra rewards. Also can’t report an issue if there is a 404 error message. Please fix!! It is also that way on your LibStory app page as well. Please fix!!!

I would give five stars but since the last update, you lose all the chances to get free points with simple and achievable tasks or watching ads. I spent money to get coins as well as doing these tasks for it to only be updated to make it difficult to read with no chance to get coins. I love there are my books to read but now it’s making it impossible to complete my books.

I loved you novel app until you added a “bonus” where I have to link my Facebook account to continue reading. I’m not allowed to purchase chapters as before. Very disappointed, kindly give the chapter purchasing option again!

I have read a few of the novels of this app and also other similar to this one. Almost all the stories are very good but along the way the translation changes and I have to stop because it doesn’t make sense!! Very frustrating!!
