Temu: Team Up, Price Down

I love shopping on here. I could scroll through pages for hours. I mostly buy my manicure supplies for myself . Prices have been very good so far too!

I’ve made $330 off of it so far just by having people sign up. Granted I have been bribing them, but I’ve still made money without having to do anything

Why can’t I save products I like? I get they might not stay on there for long or whatever it might be but dang it would make life so much easier. Otherwise the app is super useful and they have great products! I just need a wishlist!!!

Awesome legit app

So wonderful to be able to place an item In my cart and come back to it! I am busy with babies all day and can’t always complete the order process at once. All the clothes are very well made and husband loved his shoes!

I’ve ordered about 8 different orders from Temu. They have all been very nice products. And they arrive much faster than the other sites

It was cool till it gave you that dumb requirement of 20 dollars

This app is a scam. Please don’t buy anything from them. The low prices might enthrall you and so might the promotional deals and advertisements. However, Temu scams their customers by giving out expired coupons, defective and inoperative devices. I made an order and saw that there was a promotion where spending over $60 would give me a $20 coupon for my next purchase. I was already at around $50 and thought $60 was not so far so I placed an order with a cart of about $70 worth of stuff. I got a notification that said my $20 coupon would arrive AFTER I received my item. After about a week or so, I received my items and checked for a coupon on the app and never received it. I checked everyday after that and well low and behold the coupon never came. I called customer service and was told that my coupon expired?!? Firstly, how could I have an expired coupon if I never received it? Turns out the company does this slick scam trick where they send out a coupon and it expires as soon as you receive you items. LIKE WHAT?!?!! I asked customer service if there was anyway I could renew the coupon or get some kind of credit for it and they said that’s not possible. They said that there was nothing they could do and basically it was my fault I got an expired coupon. HUH?!?!?? Yeah. Please don’t get this app or buy anything from this company. This was the worst ever online shopping experience I’ve went through and this isn’t something that should happen to anyone else so please I hope you read this review and reconsider buying anything from this company or even downloading this app! P.S I wanted to rate this app 0 stars but unfortunately that’s not an option so one star it is. 🥲
