I used to LOVE it on mac. Now, I keep getting an error message that says, ”Cannot connect to online services. Continue playing in offline mode” and I've tried absolutely everything to fix it. It's frustrating because I have so much save data I've played offline when it stopped working and I can't save it to my cloud save so it's not even worth switching back to switch, plus I purchased the star path and can't even enjoy it now without the online features. Please fix this gameloft! I beg!

Runs great on my M3 Mac but 8 days ago it stopped connecting to online services. Gameloft suggests using a hotspot connection or a wired connection but neither worked. Looking through reviews I see I am not alone in this problem. Leaving a one star review to hopefully get attention drawn to it.

This game stopped connecting to WIFI...while reading other reviews it seems a lot of people have this same issue. I will probably stop playing if it doesn't get fixed.

Seriously, people have been complaining for ages about not being able to connect to online services. Quit ignoring this platform and fix it so that it's playable again

I love this game, but I have not been able to get online and use online functionality for a couple months now. It works just fine on my desktop PC (Windows), but not my Mac. I can't even sign in to my cloud save.

Been playing since early release and i love the game. But the Devs ignore the game on this platform , updates are late in comparison to other platforms, bug fixes tkae extremley long and there arent any forums specifically to address the issues on MAC. ive purchased the expansion and ive been unable to access the game servers in 30 days , i cant access star paths , save via cloud or open blue chests. very frustrating knowing ive put money into this. i really love this game.

My game will not connect to my wifi and has glitched so many times. I love this game but the glitches are not allowing me to enjoy it fully.

I love the game, but since the game has released I have had one issue after another- constant bugs. Now the game is basically unplayable on Mac because it will not connect to the internet. I originally had the game on my Nintendo Switch but it is just as bad over there. I thought switching to the Mac would be better. I paid for the game a second time after they changed course and said the game would not be free to play. I hate I wasted my money.

i am severely frustrated because i have this game on my switch - game is unplayable with all the crashes. i also have the game on my mac - cannot play because it cannot connect to the internet to update my cloud save or access the shop and event. i also have it on my steam deck where it plays best, but i cannot dock the game and use a mouse. i have given so much money to this game and can hardly even play it. PLEASE FIX YOUR GAME.
