I hate streaming apps and tv shows that have loud commercials. You go from room level dialogue to big band concerts in the middle of the night. Fix this or else I will just cancel the subscription.

Max is amazing I don’t know why they upgraded it to max instead of keeping it to HBO but whatever it’s amazing!!! BEST MOVIE SHOW THINGY EVERRRRR

Every time I think I’m done with the service and satisfied… I find one more show I like to watch or rewatch or am curious about. The entire HBO collection alone is enough to last a lifetime “but wait there’s more!” I highly recommend it.

I have been watching HBO for most of my life. Now, I watch Max. Max gets me. Thank you, Max!

Mostly works but a few annoying quirks: 1.) when watching a series, if you open the app up the recently played section shows the series youre watching, but it shows you the episode you just finished. Annoyingly, when you click the series, instead of going to the series page it plays the episode you just finished. You then have to exit the episode to select the next one. 2.) we got to try out the live tv of max with the recent march madness, and it turns out its really buggy. After 5 freezes, i switched to the youtube tv app 3.) the google casting features is buggy as well. Specifically, when you send the app to the background and open it again, it often forgets that its casting. You then have to “recast” which is annoying because all the controls by casting are pretty slow to begin with

This app won’t let us watch the content on an iPhone 13 Pro with the updated version and after rebooting the phone and the tv. Sigh and you’re welcome for the money, Warner.
