One of the best features of eBay’s home page was having the “Recently Viewed” items visible with barely a scroll, if at all needed to overlook at a glance for perhaps a return to the listing for a purchase or to wait out longer before decision. Now have to go to “My eBay” to see it thus making your app a bit less streamlined and perhaps even somewhat more of a kludge now. The home page is now cluttered with stuff rather loosely related to my past searches and history, but in typical eBay fashion, also includes stuff I may have only searched for or purchased one time out of need or circumstance at the time only to now be visible for “eBayternity”! Oh well, been transitioning to other sites anyhow as have been finding many of them to be nicer in many other ways over eBay so sooner than later, my post above will all become moot when I’m finally away from eBay!

This is a great place to find gifts for grandkids that you enjoyed as a child. I have found so many unique items. It’s my favorite place to shop.

This eBay app will switch your main address without asking! Sent all my items somewhere else can believe this so disappointed I’ve used eBay for 11 years and this has never happened fix! Your app!

eBay allows far too much price gouging from sellers who price their items low and demand outrageous shipping costs far beyond what is reasonable. As a result, I often pass on items I like but refuse to get bent over a barrel to obtain. For example, I found a particular copper drinking tumbler that I liked that was priced at $6.99 that had $56.99 shipping tacked onto it.

Need to be able to prep and find what I saved. So frustrating

I have to sign in every day and it's annoying. It wasn't always that way. Even with having the app... you're still required to sign in way too often.

Most of people don’t go on a website for e Bay but app on the telephone -please upgraded!

I’ve received several seller offers, but when I click on them in the app, all I see is the original price without any discount. If I add the item to my cart, the item still has the original price. This feature hasn’t been working for the past several updates. This bug needs to be fixed!

As a seller, i will sit waiting attempting to list one item for up to 20 minutes before i close the app. Have to update the app almost every day or else your eBay app will just sit in queue as you wait to load a listing. Really infuriating all the minor meaningless fixes that are being done just slows down user experience.

Sometimes I wonder if people actually work here or if it’s just bots. They certainly don’t mind taking your fees but if there’s a problem you get “contact the seller”, especially when they are at fault. Like when they all of a sudden change restore your old address over your current one. They are flea market customer service at estate sale prices
