I recently had to return multiple products I purchased from sellers with above 300 reviews and positive ratings of greater than 98% that were fraudulent. I provided proof that the products received were not what was advertised and eBay thought the best solution was to ban ME not the fraudulent sellers. Used to love ebay but good lord is it terrible now.

I like buying on eBay but I feel for the sellers as I know when I sold on eBay in the past eBay took a percentage cut of my shipping costs and made it not profitable.

I’ve found items I never thought I’d be able to purchase.eBay lets me know everything about a product that I’ve purchased or have looked at such as reminders ,other options,better deals ,definitely a company that knows how to make its community happy and feel confident on what they purchase

Keeps logging me out and asking to create a passkey

They been hostile towards sellers for some time so I keep quitting, but they have so many eyeballs, it’s hard to go elsewhere for the little guy, and they know this. This new concern is about the app, maybe I’m just not as good as others, but it’s really a ridk doing everything on a tiny screen, it should be a benefit but this type of commerce introduced too many errors, like accepting offers but not really know the full story. They seem to be embracing phone-centric it’s so I’ll be looking for old school methods, with fewer errors.

Takes months to get refunds on items that were shipped to a different state and that was tracked. You will have to Call and baby sit 5+ agents each week in order to get one to actually fill out the computer work correctly. Meanwhile the person that can’t figure out how to ship or do refunds is still online getting more and more bad reviews while eBay just loses the money in their computer systems. eBay needs to invest some of that big brain power and get to making a good company again and clear out all these trash can sellers agents and employees. Another scam and yet eBay let’s them keep selling called and asked ebay what they are doing about it and they said he is restricted. I said well he’s not restricted from selling bc his listing are still up. Ebay then ask what do u want us to do about it……. Idk maybe your job?????
