    App is OK but needs to add a dark mode. It’s been 5 years that iOS has a dark mode. I don’t need to get blinded by the bright white app if I need to use it at night.

    The mobile banking is not user friendly. Especially for us seniors. I lost my online banking, due to my password. I’ve been trying for a week to get back on. I talked to a customer service rep. What was told to me was very confusing. I will have to go inside the bank and get them to assist me. I’ve been a B of A customer for years. I’m seriously thinking of changing to another bank.

    Seriously the worst app out of the 5 bank relationships I have. To pay the bill is 5 clicks, more garbage legal text with dead ends for users to get stuck on. No balance info in payment user journey to help remember what amount you want to pay. I’m in the app product manager business so maybe I’m more bothered than most because I know how much better it should be.

    I’ve been using BoA app on my iPad for years if not decades. I was comfortably settled in with bill pay, and where to find everything. Then . . . OMG . . . An update came along recently. I may be wrong, but I always figure an update is an improvement, perhaps stupidity on my part for thinking that. I postponed installing the update because “life is like a bowl of chocolates, you never know what you’re gonna get!” Then my comfortable app quit working and I had to update. It rearranged my accounts, no clue why, just irritating. The account I pay my bills from used to be on top, now it’s several accounts down and I’m thinking that one of these days I’ll pay a bill from the top account that is the wrong one. Gets worse though, Bill Pay has gone through a metamorphosis! I’m no dummy, but couldn’t figure it out. Bills didn’t get paid until I had time to sit and try to figure it out. OK, convoluted, but bills got paid. Then . . . Shock of all shocks . . . Another update! Hoping this would fix things back to the way they were, I installed it realizing that sooner or later the current version would no longer work. Accounts are still in the wrong order. Pay Bills is the most awkward thing I’ve seen. Then I found, all the way on the bottom of the long page: go to Bill Pay. Voila, there was the old bill pay I was comfortable with. I’m using that now, even though what used to be a simple 1-click is now 4 clicks if you can even remember what to click. For God’s sake, BOA, fix this and make the app simpler to use for the myriad of people who pay their bills this way! Thanks for letting me rant.

    Nothing ever seems to work on this app you can’t hit pay inbox barely works, and it freezes a lot
