Do not list your business on Yelp!! Most unprofessional, thieves ever. Keep your business on Google only!

This is fun!

First they had good reviews, except Some commented they were early, some might think that’s good but not over an hour early. When you SET AN APPOINTMENT (with Lynn) the mom.... and your paying per hour or half hour, (We prepaid for 2 hours)... and knew preparation is extremely important and all need to be on the same page. They showed up over an hour early with no prior courteous call asking if we could. Change our time to accommodate them. So we get “hi we’re here” and we aren’t even there as we were still preparing, so we said no we are not home. We were scheduled for 11am (and I asked for it to be closer to noon when I booked) because the new landlord had time restriction to get in our new place...... and this was before 10a. So when we got there they were waiting to get started and upset and felt put out that we could not accommodate their change. So right off the bat. So the 2 man crew did not want to wait around, And said ( they did not like the SMELL ... really... so they left). Only cleaning smells, but that was insulting. So they said they would send another crew. ... and would come around noon. They arrived near 1230p which was much better. This crew was much more professional and took great care with our items and suggested that even the things that we were going to take by car that it would be best if they moved them for us, so they did. It took about 2 1/2 hours but they charged us for a little more than 3 hours .... (I felt the first crew was very rude and felt there should have been some accommodation not charged for this extra time). The second crew was nice but all I heard from the “son” was how they bent over backwards and went OUT OF THEIR WAY to accommodate us .... *** If they weren’t OVER AN HOUR EARLY in the first place and than had a crew that was rude *** I feel the move would have been much more pleasant... but that part WAS NOT good and I felt cheated by $70. So bottom line (If you timeline is important). Make it very very clear to NOT show up early, so you don’t start off on the wrong foot... and I think the head guy on the second crew was Jack and he and his helper was wonderful with the way they handled our stuff BUT WHEN THEY ARE DONE Clarify the time they are turning in on their time card so you’re only charged for time they work... had things not went so bad from the start ... the and the time Discrepancy I would have felt the crew (themselves) deserved a tip. ... but very conflicted how the additional charges were totaled. Would I hire them again. At this point... not sure.

Don’t like it, no 5 star tacos hit different.

Please provide feedback to business owners on review removals, specifically 5 star reviews. We work so hard and our customers are so happy to leave us 5 star reviews and you remove them! Google is taking over and whether you improve on this or not, it won’t matter. We use Yelp less and less. Google is where is at!

Ordered misu soup it burst allll over the entire order called them and they said oh sorry we can’t do anything about that. Horrible

Yelp seems too corporate now. You can’t trust 4 or 5 stars to reflect a top notch dining experience. Really can’t trust anything with tons of Yelp elite badge reviews. Yelp elite/etc. reviewers should have to put the same warnings as other types of reviews (paid experience, experience put on by Yelp, Yelp event that Yelp elite get invited to go to, etc.). Corporate chains should really not be pushed as hard as seems to happen on Yelp. The Yelp sort is the worst, just let the automatic sort be ‘most recent’ like most intuitive options. Also, the app is not very helpful in filtering out options (like food trucks, etc.). Should be able to filter more options. It’s really not useful in other countries; haven’t had great experiences with it in non-US places (i.e., Mexico, UK, Ireland, Spain).

Do not! Do not use this company for water mitigation or mold problems! I was charged $1500. for basically a fan and dehumidifier.
