  • Auto pause not functional

    I like everything about this app, EXCEPT one crucial thing. I use this for inline skating, and pace is pretty important to me, as well as mileage. I skate outside on streets so there’s a lot of stopping and starting. Endomondo was a game changer when I learned about that feature! Now that Endomondo is no more, there is this; except, I have never once been successful at getting the auto pause feature to stop or start the tracking. Not even once.

  • How do I create new routes manually?

    When I think of MapMyRun I think of Maps that I created mostly after I got back home. I’ve been able to do that from the website but never tried on the actual app until now .,. When I don’t have laptop with me. Totally stuck. It’s not even an FAQ.
  • Good App but Distance is Inaccurate

    Just updated the app on 6/15/21 and ran on a 400 meter (quarter mile) track. App measured me as having completed half at 3 laps (really 0.75 miles) and 1 mile at 6 laps (1.5 miles). Trace on the app map shows multiple cuts through the center of the infield even though I stayed in the number 5 lane the whole run.
  • Doesn’t function consistently as a tracker

    I defaulted to this app when it took over for Endomondo after that closed out and I’m very disappointed! This app works so inconsistently. My biggest issue is that it’ll crash out of no where and stop tracking! It seems like it may be incompatible to run with certain other apps but that’s not realistic as very few people these days run only one app at a time! I don’t want to be monitoring this app during a run to restart my tracking. Please help!

    I’ve been using this for years. While no GPS is going to be completely accurate (I have used this in conjunction with a Garmin and Strava) it’s close enough. There are enough free features on it for me. I used the paid version for a year and it was helpful for leading a run club, but I don’t need it to track my workouts. Thumbs up.
  • Crash….crash…crash

    This app (along with Map My Walk and Map My Fitness) just crashes all the time. I get to the “Save Workout” screen and they just crash. A major disappointment. I long for the days of Endomondo.

    This is the second or third time I’ve recorded a run consisting of 13.1 miles, I’d hit stop work out and then finish. it said it would sync and then the workout would delete or just show non-existing. I’ve had this app for many years and I still use it, but it just seems that if it’s longer than three hours it will not register my work out
  • Stops

    The app will stop during your run for no reason. Therefore yiur data is all wrong. Frustrating!
