    I love using the Lose It! app. It has helped me so much, I have lost weight and always keep track of everything I eat. I know that I have to stay within my calories. I don't go by one day without using my lose it app. It's part of my life. I have used other App but loss it is my favorite.i don’t ever go to sleep with putting in my calories.

    Keeps me accountable and syncs w my apple watch seamlessly. I know my calories & steps every day. Lots of foods loaded into the calorie tracker and easy to add my own recipes. I find it a little better than My Fit Pal app and use it now instead.

    I love this app, however when I select the add food option, it quickly closes down and I have to reselect the option to add food again. Very frustrating!

    Very simple, seamless way to record and track calories, protein/carb/fat ratio and weight...basically all you need! I find recording what I’m eating as an excellent way to control my consumption and manage my weight.
