I’ve never pd for shipping before but someone tried using my card so mine got cut while I waited for a new one. When I came back to amizon now I’m paying shipping almost every single time!! Why is that ?

Now has a weird AI thing that takes over half the screen. Didn’t ask for it, doesn’t help anything. Unable to opt out.

The app works well but the race toward the bottom in terms of price has resulted in Amazon flooding its marketplace with cheap foreign made products that have fake reviews. Might as well go direct to the source with Ali or Temu. I’d rather pay a slight premium over those places knowing I’m getting quality products but if I’m getting the same stuff, then not worth it.

Why does it do this? No idea. 1 star until it’s fixed.

I love Amazon but I hate how they hold my accounts hostages bc I don’t have the money to get my accounts back and I don’t think the company being nice. Amazon company needs to be better.

USELESS customer service through the app, it takes about 10 minutes to get connected to an associate and then they disappear on you after 20 minutes and never write back. Used to be a seamless process but now it’s quite frustrating. Don’t waste your time, just call customer service.

FIX YOUR STUPID APP AMAZON ALL THE BUGS GLITCHES FREEZING REFRESHING AND MAKING MY PHONE HOT ITS SO STUPID IM NOT BUYING IT YOU LAZY HALF AS SORRY EXCUSE OF AN APP. like you, i need things, and this is supposed to be an easy seamless shopping experience but its the opposite because of your stupid app making it impossible to browse my saved items; everytime i add something from my saved items, it sends me back all the way to my shopping cart and i lose my spoy in my saved items and it takes a few seconds to load every 10 or so items! fix your stupid app, its been like this for YEARS.

I bought three items from them, and they sent them to the wrong address in completely different state after I updated the address. Also, they’ve been stealing $12.99 from me after every purchase for Amazon music. I don’t have Amazon music. I called customer service and they said they don’t have an account for me.
