For some reason it logs me off and I have to log back in. It’s a good app but this issue is kinda annoying

I used to love scrolling through stories and just relaxing and reading, but now, I cant even read 2 pages in a row without ads. I don't understand why there needs to be so many ads? It wasn't like this in the past. Very disappointed. Wish i could just read in peace without having to spend so much money. Change the ads or something I get that you want profit but make the ads less disruptive or something I just want to read.

Personally as a writer it’s super nice that an app like this exist, I’m able to read and write what ever I want. I’m able to get inspiration from other writers and I’m able to give inspiration, my favorite part is that there’s no filter on the books so you can write anything and read it to. I was looking for an app to share my stories and I’ve found it! Plus you can write as many chapters as needed. This app in my opinion is better than every other writing app I’ve used.

It keeps logging me out for no reason every time I open the app.

This app is amazing, not only do you get to read others well-written books, you also get to use your imagination to write fanfics, novels, etc.

How come when you get signed out and make a new account you can never find the same books even when your copy the title letter by letter it’s makes me soooo mad like why? Now you have to scroll through thousands of books and you still can’t find it

I’ve been using Wattpad for about 6 years, and I’ve been having an issue with the app version of Wattpad (iOS to be specific) where the “Mature” setting keeps getting toggled off for all of the fanfictions that I have rated for mature audiences. I think this issue might have been what led to one of my fanfictions getting taken down by Wattpad back in April 3 of this year. When I had gotten the message that one of my fanfictions was removed, I checked my other stories and drafts to find that the mature setting for a handful of my stories were turned off when I had set it to mature before I even published the works (and yes, I double check that the “Mature” setting was enabled before I published the works). I’ve had issues with this specific bug a few times before over the course of the last couple of years, but it has never occurred as frequently as it has been as of recently. To be honest, it’s becoming a nuisance to have to go back through 20+ works and turn the “Mature” setting back on for all of them every other day.

For the past couple months the app has be logging me out randomly and it’s so annoying because when I log back it I have to remove all my stores back to the library from the read offline section granted I’m glad it doesn’t completely remove them but I have so many and it’s time consuming

I don’t know how to send a message to the people working on the Wattpad but i wanted to let them know that they need to fix the mature button when you restart your phone, login, and while writing the mature button for some reason disables itself. I recommend you be careful what you read because of this malfunction and or add the mature rating in the tags and description so you don’t get reported or receive any backlash.

It’s been months since I emailed support about not receiving notifications for my private messages and they basically told me i’m not important and that this wasn’t a priority for them. I’ve been suffering this issue for so long and they don’t care. Horrible customer service experience.
