The updated app was too worst and have less reliability for making calls internationally. App was too worst.

Rebtel is complete scam. They withdraw money from accounts for fake recharges for numbers you call. I used Rebtel for a while until I checked my credit card to see how dishonest and scam this company is.

I have hard time calling in the past three months. I call my phone carrier customer support they are saying it’s not there problem. Then I found out that it’s Rebtel problem. Rebtel customer support is meaningless. This is my second Rebtel account because the first one is after I change my phone number I am locked. There is no other option for login or to access my account. I tried to reach with email support and they never get me back. Then i forced to create new account with different email but the same payment method, I thought they will know that it’s the same person to get my first Rebtel account back. No they don’t figure out. Since then I have this second account. The first one never get back. The current one is keeping failed when I call. They talked me that it ring for them or the receiver but for me it says call failed constantly. Please solve this problem otherwise there is no other chance to stay with this app.

Outgoing calls to India not working since last 3 days

Support will try to blame missing bonus on the purchaser. I bought during a promo, and then notified support and said the bonus was not received. They looked at my purchase and said I got the correct package and that because of high demand, promos could take a few days to load on the account. After a few days I reach out to notify that the bonus has not arrived, and the. The same excuse. Afterward they start asking if I have proof that there was a promotion. After years of dealing with them, we will no longer use their services. Combined we are about 30 people that repeatedly load top-ups to our families in Cuba. I am sure our combined $1-2000 per month won’t hurt Rebtel, but it’s going elsewhere from now on.

The company can work on reducing the amount of call drops. Also, it used to display the number you’re calling from. Now it doesn’t.
