Great app but needs to improve I can’t afford to miss calls
  • Drops Calls

Every single time someone calls me the call drops
  • Always clunky, but it does work …

After multiple years of using Line2 it is still clunky, it works, but it will never be as seamless as the built in iPhone app.
  • Missed call bug

    By alwaysjazzyempire
I’ve been using this app fir the last two years to run my esthetics business and the last year it appears to have gotten worse. The app freezes occasionally. Picture messages fail to reach the recipient and many of the incoming calls just show up as missed calls.

  • Love the option, hate the crappy reception for what I pay and keep raising prices

    By Dene2
My dad turned me in to this product and I really appreciate the convenience of another line without carrying another phone. I use this for professional purposes and need it to predictably perform. But don’t kid yourself. It’s not just like getting another line of service from AT&T or Verizon. 1. Sometimes it doesn’t ring through and you miss important calls. 2. Reception is very inconsistent and unpredictable. It’s very embarrassing to repeatedly have people on the other end complaining that they can’t hear me well, that the reception is bad, that it’s breaking up. The bad part is that I can’t tell that on my end. I know it’s Line2 because when I hang up and call from my AT&T line, they person on the other end sighs and says “oh, that’s much better.” 3. They keep raising prices without improving service. 4. Finding good answers online is almost impossible. Salespeople are friendly, will be kind and spend the time with you. However support afterwards is an almost opposite experience. I have never been able to get anyone to actually speak on the phone when assistance was needed. When I have a submitted a support ticket, the service has been slow. Sometimes I get a somewhat answer, more times I have gotten confusion, excuses and rudeness. Remember that my need and reason I pay for this is for work. I am nervous every time I dial that I will come across as unprofessional to the person I need to convince to speak with me because of the spotty reception/service. It would be nice if they would read this and fix the issues, but if it is the same support team that has “helped” before, my confidence level is low.
  • Bad call and voice quality

    Bad voice quality
  • It’s ok service

    By tblackwell719
Calls done always come through, calls get dropped or people just can’t hear me. Messages show as being there but they aren’t. This all happens even when i have full bars on my phone or even when I’m using WiFi.
  • Terrible phone app and Terrible customer service

    By Genothegreat2125
Used to be a good app but since all the updates calling is terrible. Calls drop, calls 3 and 4 times and is clunky.
  • Almost worthless

    By mjamus
The app crashes constantly, especially when on a call. This app has become basically worthless to me
