    I dislike ads, therefore, pay to avoid them. The problem is that ads infiltrated the content I listen to by the content creators. I can skip ahead but what need? Oh well.

    This app is alright. It’s just that they have premium for everything and there adds are played after every 5 mins. For example, when I was trying to skip a song I didn’t really like, it said that I am not allowed to skip anymore songs, unless I get premium. I also was trying to look at some lyrics to a song I wanted to know better, but it says that I have reached my lyric limit… FOR THE MONTH! It was literally the beginning of the month when it said this, and I only looks at 3 lyrics sheets! I would be able to look at the lyrics if I had payed for premium. Another example is after I was hopping from playlist to playlist to find this one song I was to listen to, it would, quote, say “Enjoy the next thirty minutes of uninterrupted listening.” But 5 min later, it was playing two long adds talking random things that doesn’t relate to me. Although there and many cons about this app, there are a few things that I like about Spotify. First, it is VERY easy to find songs without listening to a billion just to find the right one. It is also extremely organized. You can do/have so many things, and still be very organized. They also have access to a HUGE variety of songs, which everyone can appreciate. Overall, this app is okay. Very simple to handle everything when you have access to ALOT of songs. I would recommend this app to anyone, but it’s not my absolute favorite app. Thank you so much.     I’m sick of these UI changes. None of them have been for the better. When you hold down on the arrows to the right of the screen to quickly scroll through the songs on any playlist, there used to be a letter that popped up letting you know where you were. For instance, if you sorted by Artist, the letter used to indicate which letter you were on (A for Alien Ant Farm, etc.) That is no longer there. So now you have to look closely as the letters fly past to know where you are. If you sorted your playlist by ‘Recently Added’ it used to show how recently you added the songs under your thumb. (Example: November 2022, January 2023, etc.) That is no longer there either. You guys need to stop implementing things without testing their ergonomics. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should.

    I only have one question. Why are students offered a discount and seniors aren’t? None of the plans out there offer any discount to seniors. We’re on fixed income. .. and we live music as well. 🤔 No one seems to have an answer for this question.

    Spotify is great for music and love the blends but oh my gosh they take away so much stuff for premium like jeez!? I can’t even look at lyrics like what!?
