This app does nothing!

Used to tell me which cartridges were low on ink. Now it does absolutely nothing. Would give 0 stars if possible!

I downloaded this to utilize the barcode/QR code scanner. This is for validating quality HP cartridges. Each time I scan, it returns with “Invalid Scan”. Please advise and fix this. Other people have mentioned that they have all of these other options. Some to connect to their printer others to monitor their printer. I can only change my language and scan.

The app used to work. What happened ? Why break it ?

No longer works. Why is it in the Apple App Store?

I can no longer check the ink level in my HP printer - this app is now useless!

This used to detect my printer on my network and provide ink levels. After updates yesterday and today it doesn’t show my printer or levels and now wants me to scan cartridges to even get started. I don’t have the boxes that have the QR codes anymore, I threw them out after installing cartridges. HP, just give me back the old app and leave things alone! Way to wreck an app and ruin the experience!

Wanted an app that would detect my HP LaserJet color printer and let me see the toner levels. It didn’t even find my printer that is attached with an ethernet cable. App does not work.
