    The most inaccurate nutritional information imaginable. For an 8 ounce serving bought from Amazon. 9600 mg of sodium, 1200 mg of cholesterol, 100g of fiber with 4 g of carbohydrates……impossible to have more fiber than carbs….the sodium & cholesterol are wildly Impossible in 8 ounces of salmon…no wonder the reputable sportswear company recently sold my fitness pal….users have been enamored with easy to use interface and have not looked Closely at junk nutritional values produced by my fitness pal.wish I could have given zero stars instead of one star.

    I have lost 32 pounds with the help of this app. If I log my food and stick to the calories I should have it’s easy to lose. Also, love that it keeps track of the nutrition of my foods too so that I can make sure to get a balanced diet.

    if your trying to gain weight or lose it, this app is really helpful with keeping track of what you eat and burn throughout the day. I’ve been trying to gain weight for a while and thought i ate a lot before. But once i downloaded this app i was able to see that i ate way under the amount of calories that i should and once i started eating the right amount my weight sky rocketed.

    I’m not one to write reviews for mobile apps because most of things on a smartphone are just a waste of time. However, this app has potential to literally better someone’s life and it’s free. This is the easiest system that I have ever found for monitoring eating habits and exercise and I’ve been able to use it to burn fat and gain muscle. I’m honestly considering buying the pro version just because I’m so thankful that the free version works as well as it does.

    It’s extremely detailed but has a layout easy to learn and has a welcoming enough feel for beginners that aren’t so techwise. Honestly I love it but the year membership price of 70 bucks is a little wild.
