  • Receipt scan not working

    I’ve been using this app for years with scanning receipts. About 2 weeks ago, it started telling me all my receipts are invalid. I waited a few days and the same results happened. I contacted Microsoft about the issue twice, but they have ignored me. That’s too bad because I liked the app. Now I have no reason to use it.

  • Often pages wouldn’t load

    I feel like this app is trying to do too much. Instead of a clean quick browser, web pages will cause app to give an error code. Didn’t see add in ad block functionality which is a must for me. The AI and microsoft rewards were the only two things that attracted me to this and neither are practical or a good use of time.

    Apps are great, the monetization of the services renders managing the little five GB cloud storage harder, thus impossible to use. Bing and its search tools are still free, hopefully Copilot will help consolidate my stuff to regain some of my space with no loss of any of it, InshaAllah.

    bringing my rating down to 3 until they fix the copilot crashing bug. Tip: Don't let this app have notifications, it'll notify you about stuff nobody cares about. Another tip: Don't get the copilot app, this has copilot too. I really like Bing, it honestly has the best AI I've seen. It has the best load time out of all the mobile browsing apps I've had(Google, Google Chrome, Safari, and this.). It's no doubt that the 4.7 is fitting for how good it is. However, there are two problems. There is a lack of go forward in pages and sometimes it just removes my pages. However, the good things about this outweigh that by a lot. Also, the notifications are useless.
