App is missing basic functionality. Adding a favorite list tab shouldn’t be hard to implement.

Every around 24 hours, the app requires entering the password manually. Is it possible to have Touch ID option available all the time? Even my bank appa don’t require entering a password every 24 hrs. They all use Touch ID.

The last two updates are constantly glitching and not letting people login

I work as a Case Manager in an ER and Haiku takes me to next level on steroids!! App is perfect for Care Coordination, Case Conferences between Provider Teams, quick Provider requests for support, Special Administrative requests.. the communication possibilities are endless! I’m super enjoying this app, it makes me 100 times more efficient! Thank you!! I definitely RECOMMEND this app for seamless communication in any Emergency Room setting!!

Can’t access app today as on last 12 hours I see that minimum iOS requirement is now 17 and no longer 16.7. 👎👎👎 forcing us to buy a new phone.

The ability to see after visit summary in the note section is now gone, significantly limiting the functionality of this app

Update 6/3/25: downgraded to 2 stars because the latest update made the notes’ font much smaller and harder to read. Make the fonts larger again!! Update 11/20/19: bugs listed below are fixed. Star rating from 3 to 4 User interface bugs with iOS 13, couldn’t navigate placing a prescription and send it to the patient’s pharmacy. Epic should be on top of things with new iOS updates. Another bug is with e-sim. When I try and dial a patient’s phone number, I get a message saying there is no sim installed. Please fix ASAP. Thx.

All EMRS don’t realize the industry they work for doesn’t exist without front line physicians. Medicine aka Healthcare is neglected and held back by these companies not having front line providers involved. Many time cmio’s are not active in medical care nor have they ever been. Get with real providers and stop hindering us while make astronomical profits that don’t exist without us.

iPhone 14 pro max Unable to add config via QR code. Please update. App was functioning, new update, unable to open, reinstall and now unable to add config via QR code.

The app is decent on iPhone, but there needs to be at least an equivalent app on iPad (to takes its full screen into account) to review charts, place orders and possibly do note-writing.
