  • Can’t watch a service I pay for anywhere but my laptop

    I’ve had Netflix for 3 years. But now, I can’t even watch it on my phone via the app! It crashes, never loads when I sign in, says “Netflix error” or randomly signs me out in the middle of an episode. This has been an issue for 6 months now. Seriously tired of it

    When you have to call a costumer service over 10 times in a month because of the contant freezes, has sound but no video is black screen (even after I changed my hdmi cable and rebooted everything countless times) and other problems I think that Netflix has become a new crap company that doesn’t care about the PAYING users!! Overall Netflix is overrated trash

    Since I’ve did the last update, some of my shows disappear. But when I disconnect from the Wi-Fi they reappear. I’ve never had this problem before.

    So many people are wanting a teen section, I mean I wouldn’t mind too. Subtitles that translate the word when you click on any of the word when watching in another language. Keep the good shows, and throw off the bad ones :) showing the reviews on the shows, movies, etc. I mean I’m always trying to figure out if I should watch it or nah. Sometimes I start watching it for the whole day and then the movie gets boring and boring.

    When paying for movie app I want to see in hear movies in English the movies they show are not in English I don’t like looking at words while trying to watch a movie I want to see More importantly movies that I have seen before that was in English Will be stopping payments ASAP
