  • Login in difficult!

I do not use the on line version every day, but when I do use it I often have to reset my password. That is very frustrating. Can you fix that problem!
  • Login Requests Frustrating

This otherwise excellent APP asks me to login every time I want to read an article. I logged in to get the APP, but do not want to log in anymore. Other than that frustration, I love the journal.

I love the wsj. This is an easy way to get my fix and I can get it anywhere and anytime.
  • Slow download

    By delmonico2
I have loads of media apps and WSJ has the slowest download speed by a lot. I’m tired of opening the app up on a flight only to find that again the download didn’t complete. I called support about having a bare bones version that could be downloaded quickly and was told it wasn’t possible. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I think I was better off with the paper version.

When it works it is great. For some reason I can’t always get the current issue. I have tried a total shut down and restart and that sometimes works. Is there a way to “reboot” the WSJ on line system to get current issue?

    Very poor app

It’s frustrating that when I save articles in the app, those articles aren’t then saved in my online profile. If there is a way that I can fix this, please let me know and I’ll change the review to 5 stars.
