V10 addressed the biggest problem it had with mis-matched screen resolution over FLUID. Unfortunately, the new version seems to have a much higher battery drain. Approx 40% after a little more than 1hr or usage (on an M4 iPad Pro). This seems much higher than previous versions. I have really enjoyed using Jump to connect to my Mac while commuting to work on the bus and look forward to the battery drain issue getting resolved.

I like how the remote connection to a Mac now creates a virtual display, automatically setting the best resolution and ratio to fit the iPad.

I really thought this app was not getting any more support, but you did it. And fixed for the latest newly introduced changes on the VNC on MacOS. THANK YOU.

I recently purchased your product for my iPhone and iPad. I created a new account and was notified that an email would be sent to me to explain the next steps. I did not receive that email. I even looked in spam. It was not there. I tried signing up again – multiple times in fact because there was no way for me to request that the email be resent. I tried to contact Jump – it was not easy. I’ve sent multiple emails and received no response. The only thing jump did right was Bill my account and send me an email receipt TO MY EMAIL. There is no such thing as help with this application. There is obviously no way to talk to a live person. And the only thing that worked was Jump got my money. There is a real problem with your app. It might be nice for you to fix it. In the meantime, can you refund my money?

I’ve used Jump Desktop for years and generally like it, but the public iOS app hasn’t been updated since 2023, and I’m now running into VNC compatibility issues with macOS 27.

Apple made security updates around screen sharing and broke this app. However, I have found signs of the developer working to resolve this issue. They aren't ignoring the fact that the app is currently broken. Signs point to an update coming very soon. Yes, the app has been stagnant for updates for 2 years. Not a great look, but this app is buy once. You get what paid for. And up until Apple made breaking changes, it worked. That's good value without an in-app subscription. I'm grateful for the developer working to resolve the issue. Hopefully it lands soon!

It’s working smoothly. But recently I bought a Windows 11 desktop, and it’s not working now. Please post a guide or fix the issue

This app worked great until Mac released a patch for the Remote Desktop no-auth bug. Now, this app will not connect at all to any of my Remote Desktop enabled Macs. It hasn't been updated in 2 years so I anticipate this app is permanently broken. Do not buy.

After updating to the latest macOS, it ‘jumps’ to the list of servers screen with no a single alert explaining why it cannot connect… And no updates for years… Get refund ASAP!
