J’ai récemment été assisté par Ons Chattie et Sonia et grâce a leur professionnalisme et leur efficacité, j’ai pu régler mon virement rapidement. Leur écoute et leur patience ont vraiment fait la différence. Un immense merci à elles pour leur aide précieuse.

This is strange to not have English option in the app

Works intermittently, blocks the client often. Basically a difficult to use app which you cannot rely on. After tons of time on the phone and multiple attempts to get this app to work, I was told that it is NOT MEANT TO WORK ON THE IPAD!!! This is a large, supposedly world class bank???? French ‘logiciel’ is very poor.

Apps doesn’t update the amount instantly, takes ages to show the transactions, otherwise everything is good

For such a large bank, I am shocked they don’t have the app available in English

All it needs is a wider view of the graph you have of the checking account amount up top so you can zoom out to 6 months and yearly graphs of your checking.
